Welcome to another edition of Money While You Sleep. I hope all of you have had a great start to 2024! To start the year we have set our 2024 goals and you can find them here. In 2023 we hit 7 of 12 goals set, although we would of liked to hit more it just didn’t happen for us. In January we already put some $ to work and also started funding some of the accounts. Before i get into details, here is what we have been up to.
- We celebrated my step dads birthday
- The girls went on a ski trip
- I started weight training and have not missed a workout in the month
- Lots of hockey for my boy and tons of dance for my girls
- Watched the Oilers beat up on the Blackhawks

We started with an amazing January bringing in dividends/distributions of $694. That’s a YOY increase of 59%. We dripped 11 new shares. We have set a new 2024 goal to receive over $8,300 in dividends/distributions. After the first month we are 8% towards our goal.
