Here is why:
Growing up I never really learned anything about money. All I knew is you went to work provided labour and got paid. I had no idea what 28% interest on a credit card meant, what an RRSP, TFSA, or an individual margin account were. If you had asked me what dividends were, even at the age of 23, I would have given a very incorrect answer. Honestly my answer would have been a board game. I started learning about finances at the age of 25, now at 34 I continue to learn. Over the course of the last 9 years my financial IQ has helped me achieve goals I literally only “dreamed” about. The purpose of my blog is to help you achieve the goals you may be pursuing, that you may think are out of reach, or not possible.
This blog is centered around various topics surrounding personal finance which include dividend investing, budgeting, saving strategy and most importantly becoming the 1%.
